Dr. Brian Diep is a clinician, educator, and practice leader whose work brings together implant dentistry, full-arch rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, and IV moderate sedation.
01Education and Training
He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC and completed a Master of Science in Implantology and Third Molar Extractions at UniCamillus International Medical University in Rome, Italy.
His continued advanced training includes an International Full-Arch Master Course and training in transnasal implant placement.
02Full Arch Smile
As founder of Full Arch Smile, Dr. Diep focuses on All-on-X full-arch rehabilitation, immediate-load implant protocols, complex extractions, sinus augmentation, and smile design with veneers and crowns. He incorporates CBCT-guided planning and individualized sedation considerations into his approach to treatment.

03Teaching
Dr. Diep’s teaching background includes serving as a former faculty member of Ninja Implant and as faculty for GIIA live surgery seminars, where he mentors dentists in guided implant surgery and third molar extractions.

As co-founder and CFO of WISE Academy and a partner in multiple dental spa practices, he brings clinical experience and operational insight to dental education.
